Let Us 'B' Your Answer
EQUIPMENT
In most situations, electricity has about three directions to come to your business. Interruptions are sensed automatically and the switching equipment reroutes power to you. We cannot afford those eye blinks while power is rerouted, so our system operates off batteries. If electricity goes out, we will be fine for about fourteen hours. Before we run out of battery power, we will turn on our generator which will recharge the batteries and keep us going indefinitely.
Naturally we are computer oriented. We operate with four hard drives working simultaneously. If one side develops a problem we know about it, as the equipment tells us it has gone to Drive 2, 3, or 4. We have two technicians, plus we pay fee to the manufacturer of our equipment who has technical staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Computer related everything has made a huge progress since they became available for general use in the mid 1980's. Your cell phone now has more computer capability than the first astronaut
had when he landed on the moon.
Since we do not feel we can afford the time to chase parts if something fails in our system, we have on hand a spare of everything.
Our equipment is state of the art with all the bells and whistles available.
We keep our equipment in a temperature controlled room with a backup air conditioning system.
