We are good at anticipating problems and setting physical and mental things up to avoid pitfalls. Our nature is to have Plan B ready. Obviously, that is where our name came from. Besides the computer backup, we keep a paper copy of all of the client information so if the impossible happens, we are not starting from scratch. It is updated every night. Every forty days, a copy is placed in another location along with backup tapes.
